Civility is a Virtue

To begin, this is the first time I have written a blog. I have no political aspirations although I have tremendous respect for those who put themselves out there for the betterment of our City.

I am an ordinary resident blessed with a wonderful family and friends, as are many others.

I felt it necessary to create this blog because while an exchange of differing views is essential to advance a community, I find it unnecessary that people attack one another's personal character, or turn every issue into a political circus filled with bias or unsubstantiated claims.

I would welcome anyone that would like to speak out in a civil and respectful tone for the sincere benefit of our beautiful City to please join me in a forum for an honest exchange of ideas, without politicizing the discussion.
