Boardwalk Sound Off: Have You Hit the Planks?
Let us know the pros and cons of the new hardwood-concrete walkway.
Okay, Long Beach (and residents elsewhere), you’ve had a week to kick the tires of the four-block section of the new boardwalk and take it for a test drive. You’ve jogged on the Brazilian hardwood decking, trekked along its concrete edges, and peddled your bike up its ramps (tisk-tisk). Patch wants to know your thoughts about the new walkway (keeping in mind that more work needs to be done, such as the re-installment of the memorial benches). The pros, the cons.
