This free event is organized by Long Beach Latino Civic Woman’s Committee.
Krav Maga is the official self defense system of Israel, created by Imi Lichtenfeld. It is hand to hand combat and self defense for civilians and law enforcement, and is also used by elite combat units worldwide. Krav Maga is a martial art that everyone can use, regardless of size, strength or fitness and is specifically designed for use on the street, a place where no rules exist. Krav Maga teaches simple and practical techniques and intense training based on real life scenarios.
