Long Beach Named One of America's Cleanest Beaches

Long Beach was recently included in Newsweek’s round up of the cleanest beaches across America.

Based on the Natural Resources Defense Council’s annual analysis of water quality at 3,485 coastal U.S. beaches, Newsweek’s list comprises the best of the cleanest, taken from NRDC’s list of “superstars.” 

Long Beach was featured among the likes of California’s Newport Beach, Georgia’s Tybee Island and Hawaii’s Hapuna Beach State Park.
