Mail or UPS/FDX delivery

Is Long Beach getting any delivery?
Jaime Sumersille November 09, 2012 at 07:42 AM
All mail is being delivered to the Garden City Post Office on Steward Ave. Bring ID to retrieve it.

We live in the canals and received mail yesterday but our business in the west end did not receive mail

I went to Garden City yesterday and it was a total waste of time and gas. I got about a days worth of mail for my entire household which makes no sense as I should have received 10 days worth of mail. I am still waiting for an important package and I believe or hope it is in the Long Beach branch and now I'm worried its damaged and I have no idea when I'll get it. I don't see why they can't open a temporary mail center somewhere in Long Beach or in trailers. This is ridiculous

Just went to Garden City. They say East Atlantic Beach mail delivered. But to where? No mail at houses.

What about PO Boxes? Anyone know? I agree, they should open an annex in LB.
marcy November 09, 2012 at 09:07 PM
Actually why can't they set up a few trucks on each end and folks can go there? Makes better sense than waiting a trip to GC..
Christian November 10, 2012 at 01:44 PM
@marcy - PO Box mail is also being sent to Garden City (830 Stewart Avenue).
