If possible, it would be nice to seel which agents are doing the selling. Then consumers would know who is most active/effective. Thanks.

Looks like a little rebound in prices -- especially for February! Long Beach is still a desirable place to live. Good real estate is always good real estate!

UNLESS you can't afford it. Prices are still inflated beyond most people's means.
