A Thai restaurant that has filled a West End vacancy is expected to open this fall after the owners correct a problem at the unit.

Owners of Ra-Kang, at 895 W. Beech St., at the northeast corner of Wyoming Avenue, told Patch on Tuesday that they hoped to open their doors for business in about a month, after they fix the gas unit at the building.

The owners closed their restaurant, Chaba Thai, at 12 W. Park Ave., after Hurricane Sandy, but have since reopened. Their new West End business was in the works prior to the storm.
