Long Beachers will wave bye-bye to spring on Wednesday, as the first day of summer is ushered in and temps are expected to rise into the 80’s and 90’s. But you’d think the season started weeks ago if you’ve travelled around the city and witnessed people boating along the shores or simply sit outside to read a newspaper.
