Police Report: Arrests for Burglary, Forcible Touching, Assault

LBPD blotter on Long Beach-related incidents.

Editor's note: One person's name was removed from this report because his or her criminal charges were reduced to a municipal violation.

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department/Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • Corey Adams, 18, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration at Laurelton Boulevard on May 29.
  • Garry Reeder Jr., 40, a homeless person, was arrested and charged with trespassing at East Broadway on May 30.
  • Christine Mister, 23, of Island Park was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and criminal possession of a controlled substance at East Broadway on May 30.
  • Solomon Wasserman, 63, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with forcibly touching another person’s sexual parts at East Penn Street on June 1.
  • Jack Merchant, 57, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with harassment at East Hudson Street on June 2.
  • Paul Tuccillo, 22, of Garden City was arrested and charged with assault at Lido Boulevard on June 3.
  • Myles Kosta, 23, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at West Hudson Street on June 4.
  • [Redacted}, 35, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with burglary, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction at East Chester Street on May 31.
