Police Report: Arrests for Child Endangerment, Possession of Hallucinogenic, Harassment

LBPD blotter on Long Beach-related incidents.


The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
Arrests

  • Kimberly Ossandon, 38, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with child endangerment and unlawfully dealing with a child for giving/selling alcohol to a person under the age of 21 at Long Beach Police Department headquarters on Oct. 15.
  • Stuart Stulberg, 23, of Leonia, NJ, was arrested and charged with an out-of-state active felony warrant at West Beech Street on Oct. 16.

  • Jamilah Hardy, 27, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation and acting in a manner to injure a child under the age of 17 at East Pine Street on Oct. 16.

  • Joshua Ott, 25, of Fuquay Varina, NC, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hallucinogenic substance at Riverside Boulevard and East Broadway on Oct. 17.

  • Paul Siano, 26, Freeport was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hallucinogenic substance at Riverside Boulevard and East Broadway on Oct. 17.

  • Carly Gozza, 22, of Holbrook was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hallucinogenic substance at Riverside Boulevard and East Broadway on Oct. 17.

  • Storm Lacy, 24, of Asheville, NC, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hallucinogenic substance at Riverside Boulevard and East Broadway on Oct. 17.

  • A 16-year-old Long Beach resident was arrested and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use it at Long Beach police headquarters on Oct. 16.

  • Joshua Moss, 26, of Levittown was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at Long Beach Boulevard and Shore Road on Oct. 19.

  • Cody-Noel Bonas, 20, of Oceanside was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, harassment and obstructing governmental administration at Laurelton Boulevard on Oct. 19.
  • Mark Delvalle, 40, of Merrick was arrested and charged with menacing, resisting arrest, and criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction at West Park Avenue on Oct. 20.

  • Juan Rolon, 48, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, harassment and criminal mischief at Riverside Boulevard on Oct. 21.

  • Vincent Pellegrini, 55, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with harassment, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use it at Michigan Street on Oct. 21.

  • Nicholas Mello, 31, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with harassment at Maryland Avenue on Oct. 22.
