Police Report: Arrests for Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, DWI

LBPD blotter on Long Beach-related incidents.


The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

  • Joseph Minnieer, 21, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal possession and sale of a narcotic drug on West Park Avenue on July 17.
  • Jesse Zimmerman, 18, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property at Arizona Avenue on July 18.
  • Brian Decowski, 37, of Island Park was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Laurelton Boulevard and West Olive Street on July 19.
  • Thomas Dilavore, 47, of Floral Park was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing in Floral Park on July 19.
  • Christina Alogna, 30, of Oyster Bay was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license at East Bay Drive on July 19.
  • Patricia O’Neill, 22, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with an active bench warrant at Long Beach Police Department headquarters on July 20.
  • Zanovia Lindsay, 26, of Freeport was arrested and charged with false personation and driving with a revoked license at Riverside Boulevard and East Broadway on July 21.
  • Latique Faucett, 21, of Uniondale was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and an active warrant at East Broadway and Edwards Boulevard on July 21.
  • Shapeace Goodwine, 20, of Roosevelt was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at East Broadway and Edwards Boulevard on July 21.
  • James Froehlich, 30, of Bellmore was arrested and charged disorderly conduct at Alabama Avenue and West Beech Street on July 22.
