We are kicking off Thursday nights with my wife SAMMI HOOP. She and I will be leading a drumming jam so everyone can have a blast together before the open mic jam. Bang a drum, shake a shaker, shake your butt, throw them hips around, lose weight, de-stress and know that when it's over $2 tacos are all night til 11pm. WITH GREAT LIVE MUSIC by the Benoir Trio at 8pm and many more musicians and friends who have made Thursday nights a real success at the Long Beach Hotel. Kids are welcome to the early part of the hoop jam and can stay at parents' discretion til late. Come join the fun and bring a drum or play one of Benoir's. I'll have bongos, djembe, dumbek, tambourine, shakers and a cowbell, YEP, more cowbell baby! Will Johnny Scratch bring a washboard, we don't know.
