LI Path Patient Service Center Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

LI Path is holding a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for their new Patient Service Center in Long Beach, NY. The ceremony is open to the community of Long Beach and there will be free giveaways for the first 50 people. 

The center opened in mid October 2013 in order to provide diamond level blood testing services to the area’s doctors and their patients. Since storm Sandy, the residents of Long Beach, many of whom are senior citizens, have had to travel off the island to have their blood and other clinical laboratory testing performed.  This center allows for easier access to those in need of clinical testing without the long ride off the island. 

The event will take place on November 20th from 11:30am to 1:30pm, with the ribbon cutting taking place at 12 noon. Coffee and sandwiches will be available to attendees. Some Long Beach town council members will be in attendance as well as executives from the LI Path corporate office.
