Rasa Restorative Yoga, with Veronica Reimers

Rasa Restorative Yoga is a quieting, supportive and deeply nourishing practice. The postures are done lying passively over props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets. It is a meditative, receptive practice in which the practitioner continually lets go and allows him/herself to be fully supported. Over time, with the body fully supported by props, and with the help of gravity, one is able to surrender layers of deeply held tension facilitating health and healing.

Every Saturday from 2 -3:30 pm.
