24 hours and 10 phone calls to the city of Long Beach to clear a clogged storm drain flooding Magnolia Blvd and no results. Denise from the City Managers office tells me that residents are responsibe for everything 18 inches past the curb! Not only the snow and ice on the sidewalk but 18 inches into the street.
