Ra Kang restaurant (associated with Cha Ba in Long Beach) has been trying to open at 895 West Beech for 8 weeks this summer and has has missed the summer season because of bureaucratic roadblocks having to do with it's natural gas service. Please ask the city commissions help business open in the West End, not discourage them. Patricia
