Coast Guard cut backs on Long Island and at Jones Beach.

To all my Fellow boaters please read the following…

The United Sates Coast Guard Effective 1/1/2014 is cutting its Long Island fleet of Boats from 50 to 25 What this means Coast Guard Station Jones beach will cut its fleet from 5 boats to 2. 1 Cutter and 1 inflatable. Please take note that they are required to service each boat after 30 hours which means that there will be times there will only be 1 boat available.
Please contact our Senators and complain This is do to Obama budget cuts.
