Constant Drainage
I have a question: a neighbor of mine is constantly running his water pump. I don't mean just after heavy rain, or snow, it goes on for a drizzle and last for days. This water pools on the street in front of our homes, an open sewer. Is there a city ordinance regarding this activity?
