This morning I came out to one of the municipal parking lots next to my building and found a ticket under my wiper. Occasionally I'll back into a parking space depending on where/how it's situated as I feel it'll be safer pulling out when it's time to go instead of backing out. The ticket was for "Improper parking," however there are no signs indicating "No Back-in Parking." Since when can you not back into a spot? Is it worth contesting this or should I just pay the fine & consider it a city donation?
