flashing lights near schools
in Naples, Fla on a very busy road, there are signs to slow down to 20 mph, when the light is flashing, during the hours of school entry and dismissal. Why can't we do that on Lido Blvd. near the middle and high school blocks so kids can bike to school with drivers at least aware of them?
