Flood Insurance opinion

Rolf Vogel is a real estate blockbuster- He is attempting to scare vulnerable people into selling their properties for a low price so he can buy them or make a commission off the sales. He then will buy/broker the proerties and sell them to devlopers for a high price. Flood insurance is available at regular prices for homeowners as long as they comply with the rules. Only crap bungalows which were peddled by scam real estate agents in a pump and dump scheme to artificially increase their prices are effected. Bungalows in the west end were intended to be summer lodging for people who lived elsewhere. They were replacements for tents that were pitched near the beaches in the west end. Unfortunately the bungalow owners were real estate victims.
