Food trucks? Legitimate restaurants owners getting screwed.

I visited the area where the food trucks were parked yesterday and something very strange stood out, as I read the names of the businesses I see a truck from Sugo, Swingbellys, Lido Kosher Deli, and then a food truck from the Long Beach Welness Center.... I stood there for a moment thinking to myself, where in town is the restaurant for the Long Beach welness center? It turns out there is none, the Long Beach Welness Center has a store in town that offers massage therapy and colon cleansing. How in the world did the city council approve a storefront without a restaurant in town to have a truck at the beach? I feel this stabs every legitimate restaurant owner who is trying to make a living in this town in the back.
