HOA Bullies of Long Beach hard at work

Well, it is funny to see that a comment was posted on our HOA site with a photo of a section of the worse part of the beam.  Maybe they should bone up to the fact that this beam did not need replacing, but perhaps sanding, and coating with some galvanized steel type of paint.  When you look at the attached photo, check the new horizontal galvanized steel beam next to the beam of the next unit.  It looks to be 1 1/2 foot lower.  This being said, with the extension of 2.8 feet, and lower first level decks, will you be able to get your SUV in the driveway?  Of course the Town of Long Beach approved the permit, so I guess they came by to look at everything.  Perhaps if they do another drive-by they will notice there is no permit signage in sight.  Check out our website and follow the progress, because my guess is that we will be hit with another assessment by September.  Anyone has another $10,000?
