Level III Sex offender accross from Magnolia Playground
So there is a level III sex offender living accross the street from the Magnolia Playground. He is 160 feet from the playground in direct violation of the law that states he has to be 500 feet away. Although he failed to register and was arrested, it has been 60 days since his arrest and he is still there. Why isnt the Long Beach Police doing anything?
