I want to thank all of you who have donated to the Long Beach Shelter in the last couple of weeks, we are making progress at the shelter, the building has been painted and still in the process of some other renovations. We could alway use donations of cat supplies such as litter, cat food, ( wet/dry ) or any pet supplies. We desperately need more dedicated volunteers, the people we have now are amazing but we all have other responsiblities and at times we are short on help. So please if you would like to volunteer please call the shelter or stop by. We also got in some new kittens, some really friendly dogs and a couple of new cats added to our 25 adults we have up for adoption. We have an amazing Russian Blue that was turned in because his owner has a medical condition and could no longer care for him.. We call him Houdini - he's amazing! So please come in and visit our beautiful cat, kittens and dogs and see if you find your new furry friend for life!
