NY rising

 i was wondering how many Long Beach Residents are now having to give all or part of the award Ny rising . Mr Schrinam ? came to my door to tell me Ny rising money was available,  SAid that is money allocated to Long Beach and we have to apply or we will l lose it. I said well maybe it is because LB sat on the money for so long.so i applied followed all teh rules and go my award. and now find out it was a farse & A new group is now taken over  and fired the first group,because they didnt now what they were doing .well I got news for you no one knows what they are doing , you cannot get a straight answer from anyone and if you ask  3 people you get 3 different answers .. It has to stop ,we deserve some peace and want to get on with our lives . It makes me angry when I think of all the money spent on salaries and now we have to do pay again to clean up another mess it.giveith and takeitawayith.
