Proposed City Budget

The only way to approach the budget is dept. by dept. Let's take a look at Sanitation.  The proposed budget calls for the following: Superintendent $89,000
Asst Supt. at $90,000
2 Supervisors at $78,000
Working Supervisor at $54,000
Asst Supervisor at $ 81,000
My question is ,who picks up the garbage?  Look further and you will see $407 in temp salaries.  This is to pay the hourly workers that get no sick time or benefits.
