Stuck at Long Beach bridge Sat. Night

I sat there for 20 minutes - finally they opened south side but when you passed over the bridge, north side bridge was stuck in the air!!
THIS IS WHY LONG BEACH NEEDS A HOSPITAL!!!!!!
