SUPERBLOCK VARIANCE -- ZBA HEARING THIS THURSDAY

The variance for the superblock 15 STORY towers will be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday January 23.  Residents should notify ZBA they oppose this huge building that can only be approved by allowing a dramatic variance from our zoning rules.

There has been inadequate notice to the community about this dramatic proposal that affects the whole community.
