It has become painfully obvious that many of the trees being removed by the City are not "dead" as they claim.
It appears that in search of FEMA money, the City is simply clearcutting the East End of its trees.
On this morning's News 12, a protest against the City's clearcutting of these 95 year old trees is panned for 7 PM at City Hall tonight, Tuesday.
Perhaps someone can confirm this?
A better protest would be your vote on Election Day against the folks who are doing everything to lower your property values.
