Vinton St Needs Repaving

Vinton St. in the Canals was a quiet, low traversed street until the city decided to redo the bridges & change the direction of Vinton St. Now the street is heavily traveled & one of the only access streets into the Canals. Why hasn't this Street been paved? Seems like most of the other streets, especially the dead ends where some of the "pols" live have been done years ago, but not this street. Wake up & Address This hazardous condition. The street looks like it belongs in the Third World.
