Well here comes another bar to the WE

Case #2328: Application of 954 ROSECREA, LLC of 958 West Beech Street, Long Beach, NY for a variance from the following section(s) of the Zoning Code of Ordinances of the City of Long Beach, NY – 9-106.1 (4) – General Provisions; 9-112 – Off-Street Parking for a full a service bar, 40' with seats at 954 West Beech Street, Long Beach NY a/k/a Section 59, Block 253, Lot 1 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

DECISION: GRANTED 2 Year Conditional/Temporary Variance

So Molly's got its variance.  Not sure if they will have enough business to last once they  open as other bars seem to be hurting.  Not totally against this and would love to think they will be responsible owners but I don't like the way the whole thing was done with the bar being built in secret this before they even applied for variance.  Just reeks of the knew the fix was in for them!
