West End Plaza Ripped up for Concrete?
Today LBG ripped out the grass and all the planted flowers in the plaza around the Welcome to Long Beach Sign between Ohio and Nevada. It looks like they formed around the trees for concrete. Does anyone know what they are doing? It is one of the only grass areas in the West end and its gone. If they place concrete and God forbid benches it will only add to the late night BS at the Bagel shop. If anyone has info please post
