What is going on at Jewish War Veterans?

Years ago the Jewish War Veterans building at W. Park and NY was turned over to the city.  Before Sandy there was a sign posted saying it was to be transferred.  There is now construction and a new facade there.  Anybody know who it was transferred to, what was selling price and what is going in there?
