Cops: Man Tried to Buy iPad with Stolen Card

Nassau County Police release surveillance photo for public to help track down culprit.

Nassau County Police released a surveillance photo of a man they say used a stolen credit card nearby.

Cops said the man pictured above used a victim's credit card at Target in Valley Stream on May 16 at 7:48 p.m. At the time, he tried to buy a $650 iPad with a TJ Maxx MasterCard, police stated.

That same day, he also reportedly tried to used the victim's card at a Bayshore Target.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
