The guy had "the nerve" to let you off with a warning but you took it as a joke. Next time you see that cop in the rain, have some balls and do 70 mph and let's see if he gets out of his car. Educated, believes his/her self worth is far more than it really is and has no balls....typical.

I want to know where the report is for an incident that happened at my apartment building a few weeks back where there was a person screaming that someone was chasing him and then smashed the glass to the door of one of the units. 4 people called 911 and they did not show up for a good 15 mins. Never a mention of that story. But I am sure they will mention how I was unloadng my car in front of my building this past weekend and got a parking ticket within 5 mins. My hazards where on and i was running up the stairs since there was no where to park. The cops where there in no time. But, at 2am, a man can smash glass and scream and they show up 15 mins late, take no statements from anyone and never file a report.
