Arrests and Incidents in towns near Long Beach.


The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Lido Beach

  • Kyle Raynard Bailey, 22 of Rosedale was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Lido Boulevard in Lido Beach on Sept. 9.

Oceanside

  • Geronimo A. Ramirez, 31 of Rockville Centre was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Henrietta Avenue in Oceanside on Sept. 8.
  • Jessan Lugo, 29 of Oceanside was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Howard Place in Oceanside on Sept. 9.

Five Towns

  • Toni Mitchell, 27, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with shoplifting at Marshall’s,  345 Rockaway Tpke in North Lawrence on Sept 10.
  • An unknown suspect damaged the grass in multiple spots on the golf course located at The Sewane Club, 1 Club Dr. in Hewlett Harbor, some time between Sept. 5-6.
  • An unknown suspected removed a stroller and an iPad from in front of a residence located on E. End Ave in Woodmere on Sept. 6.
  • An unknown suspect shattered the rear passenger window of a vehicle parked on Meadow Dr. in Woodsburgh. on Sept. 7.
