Long Beach Teen Charged With Multiple Robberies

Frank Camporeale Jr. allegedly robbed three people in Oceanside.

A Long Beach teenager has been arrested in connection with three recent pedestrian robberies, Nassau County Police said.

According to detectives, Frank Camporeale Jr., 16, was located on Austin Boulevard in Island Park Monday by Bureau of Special Operations officers and placed under arrest without incident. 

Camporeale was reportedly involved in three robberies that occurred in Oceanside on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, June 26 at 8:45 p.m. at 4001 Greentree Dr.
  • Thursday, June 27 at 9:30 p.m. at Oceanside Road and Carlton Court
  • Wednesday, July, 3 at 8:05 p.m. at Oceanside and Bennet Street

Camporeale Jr. is charged with three counts of Robbery 1st degree and three counts of Robbery 2nd degree. He will be arraigned on Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
