Police Report: Arrests for Assault, Criminal Possession of Weapon, DWI

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate convictions.

• Steven Gonzalez, 28, of Oceanside was arrested and charged with an active Long Beach City Court warrant and an active Nassau County Police Department arrest warrant in Rockville Centre on Dec. 18.

• Morris White, 72, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with two active Long Beach City Court warrants at Long Beach Police Department headquarters on Dec. 18. 
  
  
• Allison Stoppa, 34, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding at Washington Boulevard and West Park Avenue on Dec. 19.

• Thomas Keyes, 26, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with robbery, robbery while displaying a firearm and criminal possession of marijuana at Sycamore Court on Dec. 19.

• Philoman Smith, 24, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with robbery and robbery while displaying a firearm at Azalea Court on Dec. 20. 
  

• Jacob Ishmael, 39, of Kew Gardens was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at West Beech Street and Maryland Avenue on Dec. 19. 
  

• Deseray Ramsey, 34, of Hempstead was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at West Beech Street and Edwards Boulevard on Dec. 20.

• Yvena Julmice, 30, of Rosedale was arrested and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use at LBPD headquarters on Dec. 20.
