What? !!!
Arthur Spongiolola July 12, 2012 at 01:18 PM
Don't expect the Patch or the Herald to investigate. If you notice all they do is repeat the recording of court arrests. Nothing about the heinous crimes that occur with no arrests.

which crimes?
Bob J July 12, 2012 at 06:01 PM
WTH is "false personation?" "Personation" is most certainly not a word. "Impersination" is a word.

Any word on what the H went on with the car ramming the boardwalk at Monroe on Monday night?

Funny how tangney leaves out the important stuff....like armed home invasions! The malfeasance continues! Wed morning about 2:00AM in North Park a home invasion took place with guns. One victim escaped and notified a PO. Hostage situation developed and NC SWAT Team was notified. The Police Comm and Exec Off were both notified and responded to HQ's where they remained for the duration of the standoff. The LB officers at the scene had no supervision at all. When the County responded, the LB officers were removed to the outer perimeter. After some time, two thugs charged the officers w/o displaying weapons. One was arrested, but a second one managed to break through probably more than a dozen officers and escape into the NP area.

I'm told both were armed with handguns and a shotgun was recovered in the house. After the real danger was over, Tangney and Larson couldn't stand the suspense and went to the scene (20 E. Pine St.). The 2nd thug with a gun still not caught. Any moron would have ordered a supervisor to the scene and an exhaustive house to house search would be conducted. These guys are going to get a cop or civilian killed. JC was on vacation, the CODD is on long term sick leave and nobody is in charge of Detectives. I'm told it took all day for Court paperwork because no one knew what charges to file. It's probably too late to save the PD from this incompetent new adminsitration

A violent crime happened in North Park. This is surprising? The only surprise is that it somehow didn't involve Solomon Wasserman. Where do you see malfeasance in any of this?
Noah Webster July 12, 2012 at 08:18 PM
You seem to have a lot of inside information, as well as a bone to pick with the Police Commissioner. You wouldn't happen to be one of these clowns, would you? http://longbeach.patch.com/articles/six-long-beach-police-officers-file-39m-suit-against-city-pba

How about the 17 year old kid who was beaten on the boardwalk on Monday night? He ran into an apartment off Long Beach Boulevard to call for a ride home. Was covered with blood from head to toe. A gang of youths just east of Long Beach Boulevard beat him senseless. No investigation, no report I presume?
Noah Webster July 12, 2012 at 10:45 PM
I heard that a flying saucer landed on the beach near Lincoln Blvd the other night. Three little green men emerged and anally probed an innocent victim and stole his decobike. Why wasn't this reported? Are the police covering it up? We demand answers!

Sara August 09, 2012 at 07:52 AM
The police in long beach are overaggressive. They arrest people to fill time instead of give warnings and are cetainly more or a diservice that helpful to the community.
Sara August 09, 2012 at 07:54 AM
They all need to take sensetivity courses and be reevaluated!! They obviously focus on making minor infractions into big deala and Ignor any real issues

i do have to say that I was arrested and i did the right thing by pulling over when i felt dizzy driving. I did not want to hurt anybody and what happened was i accidently took an extra medication and was never told i could not drive on it. i was arrested and treated very bady in court. i have never been in trouble and made a stupid mistake but my medication was given to me by my doctor and said i would get used to it. now i have so much money to pay and probation is so unnecessary but my point is lbpd did not listen or care what i had to say. Never been in trouble before and felt so disgraced.` THEY DO NEED SENSETIVITY COURSES AND BE REVALUATED
