Police Report: Arrests for Assault, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate convictions.

• Sam Mignoli, 21, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with assault at Long Beach Police Department headquarters on Jan. 22.

• Obie Poindexter, 26, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct at East Park Avenue on Jan. 22.

• John Schaeffer, 43, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment at Grand Boulevard and West Market Street on Jan. 22.

• Ryan Thomas, 31, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Edwards Boulevard and East Olive Street on Jan. 23.

• Marlone Donovan, 34, of Far Rockaway was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and an active Lawrence Village Court arrest warrant Jan. 25.

• Carl Shulman, 66, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving with impaired by drugs and reckless driving at East Park Avenue on Jan. 25.

• Jessica Cuevas, 53, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment at LBPD headquarters on Jan. 26.

• Eric Bliss-Fila, 29, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana at West Park on Jan. 27.
