Police Report: Arrests for Child Endangerment, Burglary, Disorderly Conduct

• Steven Funair, 27, of Lido Beach was arrested and charged with burglary at Long Beach Police Department headquarters on Nov. 19.

• Jessica Fogarazzo, 27, of East Atlantic Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license, driving without a interlock device, and driving without a license at Grand Boulevard and West Park Avenue on Nov. 19.

• John Kennedy, 53, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at West Park Avenue and Wyoming Avenue on Nov. 20.

• Michael Ferrante, 24, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving without a license at East Walnut Street and Roosevelt Boulevard on Nov. 22.

• Delilah Smith, 35, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with child endangerment at LBPD headquarters on Nov. 22.

• Brian Willis, 23, of Valley Stream was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a previous conviction, driving with a suspended license and circumventing an interlock device at Pacific Boulevard and East Park Avenue on Nov. 22.

• John Donato, 28, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at East Park Avenue and Neptune Boulevard on Nov. 23.

• Nikita Simmons, 27, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with child endangerment at West Hudson Street on Nov. 23.

• Philip Aquila, 20, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Neptune Boulevard and East Market Street on Nov. 24.

• Jonathan Williams, 26, of Felton, Delaware, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, an active New York State park police warrant, driving in the wrong direction and equipment violation at National Boulevard and West Park Avenue on Nov. 22.

• Raymond Wade, 23, of Hempstead was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct at Sycamore Court and National Boulevard on Nov. 23.

• Khaleeq Poindexter, 21, of Westbury was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana at Sycamore Court and National Boulevard on Nov. 23.
