Police Report: Arrests for Disorderly Conduct, Larceny

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

  • Michael Zenick, 26, of Holtsville was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving with improper plates and failure to present registration at West Park Avenue and Lafayette Boulevard on Jan. 15. 

  • Sean Fitzpatrick, 27, of Elmont was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana at East State Street on Jan. 15. 
  • Wayne Jackson, 21, of Freeport was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at West Park Avenue on Jan. 18. 

  • Robert Vitiello, 41, of East Meadow was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs at East Park Avenue on Jan. 19. 
  • Julio Aviles Garzona, 46, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with petit larceny at J.J. Evans Boulevard and West Park Avenue on Jan. 21.

What are all these outsiders coming into Long Beach? What can they be doing here?

Jack, I wonder if some of them are renters who never bothered to change the address on their licenses. I'd imagine that would affect where they would be considered to be "from".
