Police Report: Arrests for DWI, Assault, Criminal Possession of Weapon

The LBPD blotter on Long Beach-related arrests.

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department/Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • Anthony Flores, 48, of Shirley was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction at Franklin Boulevard and East Olive Street on Oct. 26.
  • Michelle Danahay, 44, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny at Long Beach Police Department on Oct. 26.
  • Jonathan Rodes, 23, of Oceanside was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and an equipment violation at East Park Avenue on Oct. 31.
  • Jorge Aguilar, 23, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving without a license, moving from a lane unsafely and an equipment violation at West Park Avenue on Oct. 31.
  • Jason Ford, 19, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with the intent to use it at East Market Street on Oct. 31.
  • Marisela Nunez Del Rio, 23, of Baldwin was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, illegal signaling and driving through a red light at West Broadway and Magnolia Boulevard on Nov. 1.    
  • Jamison Stanford, 35, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated at West Broadway on Nov. 6.
  • Matthew Vitale, 26, of Rockville Centre was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding at Long Beach Boulevard and East Pine Street on Nov. 6.
  • Salvatore Ciccone, 42, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, illegal signaling, moving from a lane unsafely and refusal to take a breath test at West Park Avenue and National Boulevard on Nov. 6.
  • Tim Mays, 23, of Hicksville was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated at Grand Boulevard and West Park Avenue on Nov. 4.  
  • Mark Bannick, 28, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and refusal to take a breath test at Grand Boulevard and West Park Avenue on Nov. 5.
