why aren't people who drive with a suspended license, which last time I checked was illegal, arrested instead of being issued a summons? It's like giving them, pardon the pun, a license to drive again.

This is why the carnage on our roads continues. The new police administration was supposed "to slow the town down." But they haven't. In fact accidents seem to be on the increase. Where are all the "concerned" citizens who made such an issue about this at election time?

How come we arrest people who drive without mandatory car insurance, but reward my neighbor who didnt have 'mandatory' flood insurance? He already got his FEMA check for $31k while im still waiting for Travelers. He's laughing all the way to the 'mandatory' bank.
