What happened? No designated drivers or taxi cabs in Long Beach?? A bunch a stupid drunks. A few years ago I worked with the County suing convicted DWI morons to permanently forfeit their cars over to the County. I really enjoyed that. The problem was that many of those drunks were driving their friend's or parent's car and the County got into a battle with the "non involved" owner to get his Lexus or BMW returned. So the car owners hired a big shot lawyer who is now a rising star politician to recover their property.
