Police Report: Arrests for Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, DWI

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

  • Danielle T Sicari, 29, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana at Maryland Avenue and West Beech Street on April 29.

  • Frank N. Cipriani, 43, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing at Minnesota Avenue on April 24.
  • Sean Kammerer, 29, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal mischief at East Penn Street on April 25.
  • Jeannette A. Murdock, 38, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, violating conditions of probation and an active bench warrant at West Hudson Street on April 25.

  • Samuel R. Banegas, 20, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at Monroe Boulevard and East Harrison Street on April 25.
  • Shawn Usher, 23, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and unlawful possession of marihuana at East Fulton Street on April 23.
  • Kimberly Ossandon, 38, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing at Long Beach Police Department headquarters on April 28.
  • Alisha Thomas, 23, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at West Park Avenue on April 28. 

  • Andy Dimanche, 43, of Cambria Heights was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at West Broadway on April 28.
