Police Report: Arrests for DWI, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Possession of a Narcotic

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions. * This police report was updated at at 3:44 p.m. on 9.6.12. Arrests

  • Joshua Hewson, 27, of Mount Sinai was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at Edwards Boulevard on Sept.1.
  • Moises Mizrahi, 23, of Kew Gardens was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at East Broadway on Sept. 1.
  • Christopher Griffin, 30, of Glen Cove was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at New York Avenue and West Beech Street on Sept. 1.
  • Zaahir Persaud, 26, of Woodhaven was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at East Park Avenue on Sept. 2.
  • Stephen Crociata, 22, of Oceanside was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated at Minnesota Avenue on Sept. 2.
  • Joseph Rogers, 46, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at West Broadway on Sept. 2.
  • William Johnson, 57, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at West Broadway on Sept. 2.
  • Gregory Scott, 29, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with menacing a police officer, resisting arrest, criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use at West Broadway on Sept. 2.
  • Ernest Hamilton, 60, of Hempstead was arrested and charged with criminal sale of a narcotic drug, criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, resisting arrest, loitering, and unlawful use of a controlled substance at Long Beach Plaza on Sept. 3.
