According to documents filed at City Hall, E&A Restoration will restore “selected exterior areas” of the building, as well as perform “some demolition, parapet repairs and structural steel replacement,” Newsday reports.

The city council in July approved a $4.35 million capital project plan that included about $500,000 to repair the facade.
