LBHS Interns-Mentors Celebrate Over Breakfast

Students give testimonials on how their experience in program guided them on a career path.

Long Beach High School recently hosted a Mentor Breakfast to thank all the mentors who guided the students who participated in this year’s intern program.

Through their internships in local government offices, businesses and their own school district, students gained practical experience in education, law enforcement and youth services.

At the breakfast, students presented testimonials to their mentors, explaining how their experience in the program helped them decide on a career path.
